    • If you are dissatisfied with our customized solutions, please contact our support team to discuss the issue.
    • Refunds will only be considered for tangible services that have not been fully delivered or implemented.
  2. Non-Refundable Items
    • Once a service is rendered, developed, or implemented in accordance with the agreed scope, no refunds will be provided.
    • Services purchased under promotional or discounted offers may not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Customers may request cancellation of services before the commencement of project execution or service delivery.
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at sales@lonartech.com.
    • If the project or service has already been initiated, Lonar Tech reserves the right to deduct charges for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
    • Any third-party costs, licensing fees, domain charges, hosting charges, or non-recoverable expenses incurred during the project will not be refundable.
    • Subscription-based or recurring services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  4. Refund Process
    • To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at sales@lonartech.com with details of the service issue.
    • Upon evaluation, eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 15 business days.
  5. Amendments to the Policy
