- Refunds will only be considered for tangible services that have not been fully delivered or implemented.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Once a service is rendered, developed, or implemented in accordance with the agreed scope, no refunds will be provided.
- Services purchased under promotional or discounted offers may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation Policy
- Customers may request cancellation of services before the commencement of project execution or service delivery.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team at sales@lonartech.com.
- If the project or service has already been initiated, Lonar Tech reserves the right to deduct charges for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any third-party costs, licensing fees, domain charges, hosting charges, or non-recoverable expenses incurred during the project will not be refundable.
- Subscription-based or recurring services may be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

- Upon evaluation, eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method used within 15 business days.
