Role Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our core offerings—Oracle ERP/NetSuite services and our proprietary SaaS products. You will build high-level relationships with CXOs, manage the full sales lifecycle, and play a pivotal role in establishing Lonar Technologies as a leader in the enterprise solutions space.
Core Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Oracle ERP services, NetSuite implementations, and proprietary IT products.
- Business Development: Identify and penetrate new market segments; generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, CTOs, IT Directors) to understand their business challenges and position our solutions effectively.
- End-to-End Sales Lifecycle: Lead the process from initial discovery and solution presentation to commercial negotiation and closing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to ensure feasibility of proposals and seamless handovers after the sale.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on ERP trends, competitor activity, and the Oracle/NetSuite ecosystem to provide strategic feedback to the product development team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record in selling ERP (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) or high-ticket Enterprise Software.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP lifecycles, Cloud/SaaS models, and Digital Transformation concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to articulate complex technical value propositions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business. An MBA in Sales & Marketing is highly preferred.
- Network: An existing network within the Manufacturing, Finance, or Healthcare sectors in the Mumbai/Western India region is a major plus.
