About Us
Ratibz is a smart mobile application that helps dairy owners, subscription-based businesses, and local suppliers manage orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments – all in one place. We are growing rapidly and looking for energetic inside sales executives to expand our user base.
Job Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to potential dairy owners, tiffin suppliers, water suppliers and subscription business owners.
· Explain Ratibz features, benefits, and pricing clearly over the phone.
· Follow up with leads generated via campaigns, WhatsApp, and referrals.
· Maintain call logs, customer database, and sales pipeline in CRM.
· Schedule product demos and assist prospects in app installation & onboarding.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates.
· Collect feedback from customers to improve sales pitch and product.
Requirements
· Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
· Comfortable making 50–80 calls per day.
· Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections.
· Basic smartphone and internet knowledge.
· Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales preferred, but not mandatory.
· Positive attitude and self-motivation to meet sales goals.
